Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be estimated and displayed at checkout. We aim to process all orders within 5 business days.

Shipping costs at checkout are auto calculated and include the total expected cost of 1) shipping by a provider and 2) handling (which covers the expected costs associated with the process of preparing and packing an order). If there is a more effective or efficient option available at the time of shipment, we reserve the right to change shipment methods at no additional cost to you. Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If provided by the shipper, we will email the shipping tracking number when fulfilling your request so that you are able to track and locate your package as it is en route. We are not responsible for mail delays, including those caused by weather.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. If your package is shipped via USPS, it's important to note that they will not open a case about a missing 1st class package until it’s missing for 30 days; Priority Package for 7 days.

3. Estimated Delivery Time: Our estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-12 working days from the date of order processing. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number through email or your customer account. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

5. Address Accuracy: To ensure successful delivery, please double-check and provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages: In rare cases where a package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the package or arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the specific situation.
